Several years ago, my oldest son's pediatric cardiologist prescribed a cardiac event monitor
for a rapid heart beat. After receiving the event monitor by mail from an out of state company,
I had to drive 30 miles back to the doctor's office for the hook-up of the event monitor.

    During the monitoring process, we had a number of occasions when we needed personal service, but to my surprise we found that these services were only available by phone or mail. As a parent of a cardiac patient, I found this to be very frustrating as I expected quality
patient care.

    After a short period of time and with the help of the event monitor, the cardiologist successfully diagnosed my son's problem. I then discovered that it was my responsibility to return the event monitor by mail.

     After this experience and some industry research, I discovered that no existing company provided in-home patient care for cardiac event monitoring. This inspired me to create Cardio Options.

    My goal for my company is to provide the highest quality of cardiac patient care available.
